Ever wonder what “caring about students” actually looks like from where they’re sitting? The LearningWell Coalition and University of Florida’s Center for Teaching Excellence are launching a new Faculty Learning Community for the 2026–2027 academic year built around exactly that question.

Participants in this virtual, year-long, cross-institutional cohort will design and test classroom interventions, read and discuss shared research, and walk away with a conference-ready SoTL project, all while collaborating with colleagues from across institutions who share a commitment to student thriving.

Format: Zoom (90-minute sessions)
