Lehigh360 is Lehigh University’s hub for high-impact, interdisciplinary, and experiential learning opportunities, connecting students with the full range of beyond-the-classroom experiences available across campus. Conceived in 2018 through Lehigh’s Office of Creative Inquiry, the initiative helps students craft personal narratives, identify pathways to impact, discover their “why,” and build outcomes-focused portfolios that distinguish them in career and graduate school pursuits.
At its core, Lehigh360 operates through a searchable online database giving every student, regardless of background, major, or advisor, equal access to 40+ signature high-impact programs spanning research, entrepreneurship, global and cross-cultural learning, community engagement, peer mentoring, leadership development, and the arts. The initiative integrates with Lehigh’s NavigateLU program, which pairs all first-year and transfer students with faculty or staff coaches during their transition to campus. Financial support is available for high-need students, ensuring that access to transformational opportunities is not limited by economic circumstance. A key lesson from the initiative’s development: students arrive at university eager to engage beyond the classroom, but without a coordinated, centralized effort, they often learn about high-impact programs only through word of mouth, missing opportunities uniquely suited to them.
