Shuttle Information
We will provide complimentary shuttles for all conference events.
Wednesday, March 4
- 5pm CT: Two shuttles will depart Loews Vanderbilt Hotel (2100 West End Ave) and drop off at Belmont University’s Vince Gill Room in the Curb Event Center (2002 Belmont Blvd).
- 8pm CT: Two shuttles will return to Loews Vanderbilt Hotel from Belmont University.
Thursday, March 5
- 8am CT: One shuttle will depart Loews Vanderbilt Hotel and drop off at Belmont University’s Janet Ayers Academic Center (1501 Wedgewood Ave) for Day 1 of the LWC Annual Conference. Breakfast is served at 8:30am CT.
- 8:40am CT: Second shuttle will depart Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, dropping at Janet Ayers Academic Center in time for 9am programming.
- 6pm CT: Shuttle will depart Janet Ayers Academic Center, returning to Loews Vanderbilt Hotel.
- 6:45pm CT: Second shuttle will depart Janet Ayers Academic Center, returning to Loews Vanderbilt Hotel.
Friday, March 6
- 8am CT: One shuttle will depart Loews Vanderbilt Hotel and drop off at Belmont University’s Janet Ayers Academic Center for Day 2 of the LWC Annual Conference. Guests checking out can take luggage on the shuttle, to be securely stored at the Conference. Breakfast is served at 8:30am CT.
- 8:40am CT: Second shuttle will depart Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, dropping at Janet Ayers Academic Center in time for 9am programming.
- 4pm CT: One shuttle will depart from Janet Ayers Academic Center to Nashville’s BNA Airport.
